Dr. Felipe Andrés Rodríguez Moreno

Felipe Rodríguez holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and a Ph.D. in Criminal and Procedural Law from the University of Seville. He also holds multiple master’s degrees and specializations in Criminal Law, Legal Argumentation, Compliance, and Creative Writing. He currently practices as a criminal litigation attorney, compliance advisor for national and international companies, and serves as a university professor at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Nicolás Díaz Torres

Nicolás Díaz is a criminal law attorney with a degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. He holds a Master’s in Criminal Law with a specialization in Complex Criminality from Universidad de Las Américas and additional postgraduate studies in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Seville. His legal practice focuses on criminal defense, legal representation, and alternative dispute resolution. He has also contributed to academic projects related to the penal system and restorative justice.
